The Challenge

As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Vensure Employer Services, brings large company expertise, systems and insurance products to our small business clients.

With an aggressive list of new insurance products and the integration of acquired PEOs on our project list, we had limits on internal resources.  

Our recent acquisitions were spread out among multiple payroll and benefit enrollment technologies.  We needed a flexible approach for newly acquired PEOs to integrate quickly and for their sales teams to be able to distribute our benefit products even prior to converting to our technology. We also needed a single technology to control all of our benefit related back-office processes.  EDI file creation and transmissions, insurance carrier invoice capture and reconciliation as well as eventually paying these invoices.

The Solution

We turned to Tabulera for rapid back-office benefit infrastructure. Tabulera’s ability to quickly understand our complex structure of benefit related products, services and carrier connection requirements and supporting internal platforms has allowed Vensure to roll-out a myriad of products to our clients in record time. 

From new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enrollment files to internal control applications for insurance carrier invoice capture, reconciliation and payments, Tabulera has delivered additional benefit administration infrastructure that would have taken years for us to create.  

The Result

Through Tabulera’s platform we’ve been able to respond to our sales team’s need to deploy new and innovative insurance products across our acquired entities technologies allowing us to bring these insurance products more quickly to market for our acquired PEOs.  

At the same time Tabulera provides the infrastructure necessary to accurately administer these plans accurately for our clients and insurance carrier partners.
