After years working inside PEO operations, we kept seeing the same problem: HR and finance teams spending 2–5 days every month reconciling benefit invoices in spreadsheets — chasing carrier errors, tracking terminated employees on active invoices, and managing rounding variances that no formula could reliably catch.

We looked for a purpose-built solution. There wasn't one. Benefits reconciliation was an afterthought in every HRIS platform — a module, not a mission. So we built what was missing.
