These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the Tabulera SMS Authentication Program operated by Tabulera, LLC ("Tabulera," "we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), you agree to these SMS Terms.


1. Program Name

2. Program Description

The Tabulera SMS Authentication Program delivers one-time passcodes (OTPs) via text message to authorized users of the Tabulera platform for the purpose of identity verification during login and other protected actions. This is a transactional, security-only SMS program. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.


3. Consent / How to Opt In

You opt in to this program by enabling SMS-based 2FA in your Tabulera account security settings. During enrollment, you explicitly select SMS as your 2FA method, enter your mobile phone number, and verify ownership by submitting a one-time code sent to that number. Completing this process constitutes your consent to receive OTP SMS messages.


4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive an SMS message each time an OTP is required for authentication (e.g., during login or other protected actions). The number of messages depends on your login activity.


5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard fees for sending or receiving text messages depending on your plan. Tabulera is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.


6. How to Opt Out

You can opt out and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

- Disabling SMS 2FA in your Tabulera account security settings
- Texting **STOP** to the number from which you received the message

After opting out, you will receive no further SMS messages from this program.

8. Supported Carriers

This SMS program is available to authorized users of the Tabulera platform with a mobile device capable of receiving SMS text messages.


10. Disclaimer

Tabulera is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
